Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market trends, and disruptive forces through 2026+
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and sustainability goals
- Conduct scenario planning and risk assessments for technological and market transformations
- Partner with R&D to accelerate prototyping and validation of breakthrough concepts
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and influence decision-making processes
- Build and maintain relationships with startups, academic institutions, and industry thought leaders
- Monitor KPIs for innovation initiatives and adjust strategies based on real-time data
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Business Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR, sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing C-level executives and boards
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP, CFS) required
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across global organizations
