Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients facing exponential change
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-proofing into organizational DNA
- Author thought leadership reports published in TechCrunch and Harvard Business Review
- Advolve quantum-resistant security protocols for enterprise digital transformation
- Architect human-AI collaboration models for the post-automation workforce
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary TrendSight methodology
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide case studies)
- Mastery of systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization proficiency (Tableau/Power BI)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent advanced degree
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
