Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 strategic vision roadmap
- Identify and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional innovation pods to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and consumer behavior shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with futurist networks, academic institutions, and industry pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proof methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, quantum)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, whitepapers)
