Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/MBA) in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field.
- 12+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 companies.
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year innovation roadmaps with measurable ROI.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR) and their societal implications.
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis skills using tools like Delphi methods and horizon scanning.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives.
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation management (whitepapers, patents, keynotes).
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, ICF) or Futures Studies preferred.
