Responsibilities
- Architect and execute strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technological landscape
- Identify and analyze emerging trends in quantum computing, AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop next-generation products and services
- Partner with C-suite to integrate futurist insights into corporate strategy
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for disruptive technologies
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, patents, and industry speaking engagements
- Maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in human-centered design and ethical technology frameworks
- Experience developing global innovation ecosystems and partnerships
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
