Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts through 2026-2035 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and roadmaps aligned with long-term organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing future-proof business models and solutions
- Present compelling scenarios and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, research labs, and innovation ecosystems
- Monitor global disruption signals and recommend proactive adaptation strategies
- Mentor internal talent in future-focused thinking and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and executing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios
