Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
