Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop predictive models for market evolution and competitive landscapes
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation frameworks
- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Author thought leadership reports on emerging industry paradigms
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable product development
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and strategic roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
