Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning models to quantify business risks/opportunities in exponential change environments
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visioning and innovation priorities
- Produce strategic foresight reports with actionable recommendations for R&D and product development
- Monitor and analyze signals from AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Build quantitative forecasting models using predictive analytics and trend correlation
- Represent company at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy (portfolio examples required)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS, APF) or equivalent training
- Exceptional data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling expertise
- Publishing record in peer-reviewed foresight journals or major industry publications
