You'll translate complex future scenarios into competitive advantages while maintaining ethical and sustainable frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for quantum computing integration and neuro-interface adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology implementation
- Author annual 'Horizon Reports' on climate-adaptive infrastructure and societal transformation
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI governance and biotechnology deployment
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation human-computer interaction systems
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodology and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or technology innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, or climate tech
- Proven ability to translate complex scenarios into executable business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or emerging technology
- Experience facilitating C-level strategic planning sessions
- Strong background in ethical technology governance frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario planning and trend analysis projects
