Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Impact Reports analyzing AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Design strategic roadmaps for adopting next-gen technologies with 18-24 month implementation horizons
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging tech startups
- Present future-focused insights to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Establish KPIs for innovation readiness and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and foster a culture of anticipatory thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or Web3.0 ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level briefings
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major tech publications
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent training
