Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, economic, and societal trends impacting 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI integration, biotech advancements, and climate resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Author thought leadership publications on future-of-work paradigms
- Identify emerging markets and investment opportunities in next-gen industries
- Collaborate with quantum computing and neurotech research partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in AI/ML, biotech, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level decisions and policy frameworks
