Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology, economic, and societal shifts
- Develop comprehensive strategic roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with executive teams to align future-vision with current operations
- Author quarterly 'Future Briefs' translating complex foresight into executive decision frameworks
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development lifecycles
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Present strategic scenarios to investors and board members securing future funding
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications or journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
