- Produce quarterly strategic briefings for C-suite on emerging market disruptors
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline maturity and market readiness
- Represent company at global futurism summits and tech symposiums
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futurism research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology foresight
- Strong background in agile product development frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
