Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based models for geopolitical, economic, and technological uncertainties
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused capabilities into development pipelines
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging trends and their strategic implications
- Lead innovation workshops to foster future-proof organizational capabilities
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic positioning and adaptation readiness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record translating exponential technologies into commercial opportunities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AGI, synthetic biology, quantum)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning methodologies
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
