Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological shifts (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating emerging technologies into core business operations
- Produce quarterly future-state scenario reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and disruptive startups
- Present futuristic roadmaps to executive leadership and board members
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning and risk modeling for complex systems
