Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives and board members
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions

- Represent Horizon at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Build and mentor a dedicated future intelligence team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trends into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation and influence capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future studies or tech strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, etc.)
