Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, technological breakthroughs, and behavioral shifts to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise adaptation to emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership whitepapers and keynote presentations on future-ready business models
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate emerging startups into corporate innovation ecosystem
- Build predictive analytics models using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Advise executive leadership on risk mitigation strategies for technological discontinuities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology analysis
- Proven track record of developing and deploying future scenario planning frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: generative AI, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Systems Dynamics)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on strategic transformation initiatives
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
