Responsibilities

- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks that guide product innovation and market positioning
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives using AI-powered tools and scenario modeling techniques
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and external partners through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain an innovation ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures clearly
