Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 technology foresight strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead scenario planning workshops to anticipate disruptive forces in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy
- Produce high-impact strategic reports and visualizations for executive stakeholders and investors
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Establish global thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and media engagements
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Published thought leader with 15+ articles or white papers on future trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
