- Design and implement horizon scanning frameworks for exponential technologies
- Mentor innovation teams in long-term strategic thinking methodologies
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology foresight roles
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, space)
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term technology implications
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
