Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term strategic frameworks targeting 2026 market opportunities and disruptions
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-economic trends to identify future-proof business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational capabilities with future demands
- Author visionary whitepapers and executive briefings on industry evolution scenarios
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Present strategic recommendations to investors and board members with data-backed narratives
- Monitor innovation KPIs and iterate on future strategies quarterly
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Exceptional executive communication with C-suite experience
