Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational adaptation to future market shifts
- Lead innovation workshops synthesizing diverse inputs (tech, policy, consumer behavior)
- Produce high-impact strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for future-proofing
- Establish FutureHorizon's thought leadership via whitepapers, keynotes, and media partnerships
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-mindset methodologies and trend literacy
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies in corporate strategy or consulting
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning for 2020+ horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media platforms
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
