Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technology strategy with a specific focus on the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the design and implementation of next-generation infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging tech trends and integrate them into our product ecosystem.
- Oversee the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI/ML and Web3 protocols.
- Drive innovation sprints and hackathons focused on future-state problem solving.
- Ensure architectural integrity and scalability across all deployed systems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or technical product management.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects and delivering results on aggressive timelines.
- Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/K8s).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycles and their application in enterprise solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
