Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years in AI/ML leadership with 3+ years in speculative tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on emergent technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing (Qiskit, Cirq) and neuromorphic systems
- Proven track record of shipping category-defining tech products
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST)
- Fluency in at least two quantum programming languages
