Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, strategic planning, or technical leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role.

- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of modern software development lifecycles, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and AI integration strategies.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead diverse, high-performing teams and drive organizational change.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
