Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Infrastructure: Design and implement system architectures that are scalable, resilient, and optimized for the demands of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Digital Transformation: Spearhead the integration of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and advanced Data Analytics into core systems.
- Technical Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop long-term technical strategies that align with business goals, ensuring our stack remains cutting-edge.
- System Reliability & Security: Oversee security protocols and system performance to ensure 99.99% uptime and data integrity in a decentralized environment.
- Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical requirements into actionable solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Innovation Mindset: Proven track record of implementing AI-driven solutions or modernizing legacy systems for better performance.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex scalability and security challenges.
