Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology, societal, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026 and beyond
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive trend intelligence database with predictive modeling capabilities
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Create scenario-based roadmaps for technology adoption and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state solutions
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership quarterly
- Collaborate with R&D to align emerging technologies with future market needs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, Business Innovation, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend synthesis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Track record of developing and implementing future-proofing strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFS, CFIP) or innovation management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis work and scenario planning outcomes
