- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing architecture and development practices
- Drive ethical technology governance frameworks for AI and automation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in launching at least two market-defining innovations
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with futures methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Strong publication record in tech innovation or related fields
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Portfolio of successful technology commercialization projects
