Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, prototype, and scale disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Drive strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from ideation to commercialization
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $5M annually
- Mentor a team of 8-12 innovation specialists and junior strategists
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation management, product development, or strategic foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies or products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Futurism
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., CMI, CEIM) or Strategic Foresight
- Experience managing global innovation teams and cross-cultural collaboration
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making
- Strong presentation skills with experience addressing executive audiences
