Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ unicorn-scale innovations delivered
- Expertise in emerging tech stack: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, AGI safety
- Proven track record securing $100M+ in innovation funding
- Published author in Nature/Science with 50+ citations in core technologies
- Patent portfolio with 20+ granted patents in transformative technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
