- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for collaborative R&D
- Develop patentable innovations in sustainable computing and human-machine symbiosis
- Present technological roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets across 15+ concurrent projects
- Curate the annual 'Future Forward' summit showcasing 2026-ready technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or R&D leadership with proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or sustainable AI systems
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics preferred; Master's with exceptional industry experience considered
- Experience securing $3M+ in innovation funding from VCs or government grants
- Published author or speaker at top-tier conferences on future technologies
- Proficient in agile development methodologies and prototyping tools
