Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent breakthrough experience)
- 5+ years leading R&D for emerging technologies (neural interfaces, quantum AI)
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Proven track record of commercializing patented technologies
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech development
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and VC funding
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms
- Portfolio of 3+ deployed systems with 1M+ users
