Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with corporate vision and market trends
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Create strategic frameworks for technology adoption and market disruption scenarios
- Present innovation strategies to executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Foster a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping across the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, technology consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Experience with scenario planning and future-trend methodologies
- Strong data analytics skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (PhD preferred)
