- Secure $5M+ in DARPA/NSF research grants
- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals
- Develop IP portfolio with 20+ patents filed by 2026
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Theoretical Physics (MIT/Stanford equivalent)
- 5+ years in quantum-AI integration with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in Qiskit/IBM Quantum Experience and TensorFlow Quantum
- Track record securing $3M+ in government research funding
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction protocols
