Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience in volatile futures
- Lead innovation workshops to co-create next-generation products/services with stakeholders
- Produce strategic whitepapers and roadmaps for board-level decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing technologies and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs to track emerging opportunity spaces and disruption signals
- Represent company at global foresight forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) or equivalent
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Exceptional storytelling skills for executive communication
