Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning models for business resilience in volatile future environments
- Lead strategic workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities with future market demands
- Author white papers and thought leadership content on future-of-work paradigms
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into development roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic indicators impacting technological adoption
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario-building capabilities
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology assessment preferred
- Published work on future trends or innovation strategy
