Responsibilities

- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Present strategic foresight insights through executive briefings and interactive foresight workshops
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling and trend analysis
- Drive cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-level strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption mapping
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies or societal transformation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
