Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce scenario-based models for technological disruption and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to co-create future-proof business models
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic alignment and innovation ROI
- Present findings to executive leadership with compelling data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging paradigms and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author or keynote speaker in future-focused conferences/events
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing trend analysis
