Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal trends through 2026 horizon
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market expansion
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership quarterly
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate foresight into product development cycles
- Author annual 'State of the Future' reports for stakeholder engagement
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive threats/opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their commercial implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex concepts into executive insights
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) highly desirable
