Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Establish early-warning systems for emerging risks and opportunities in exponential tech domains
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-centric technology
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy
- Mentor junior futurists using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D
- Published research on AI ethics, climate tech, or neurotechnology
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario planning
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into executive narratives
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ multi-year strategic foresight projects
