As a cornerstone of our Future Intelligence Division, you'll directly influence our R&D pipeline and strategic roadmap, ensuring we lead rather than follow technological disruption. This isn't just forecasting—it's active creation of preferred futures through rigorous scenario planning and prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives using predictive analytics and AI-powered trend detection
- Develop comprehensive scenario models for 2026 technological disruptions (quantum computing, biotech, AGI)
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof products and services
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Author forward-looking white papers published in industry journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 5+ years experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data visualization and complex system modeling skills
- Published thought leadership in future-oriented publications
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy
