Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published author or keynote speaker at global tech forums (Web Summit, TEDx)

- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Analysis)
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain
