Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market paradigms impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI autonomy into enterprise ecosystems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align long-term innovation pipelines with evolving regulatory and ethical frameworks
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and scenario-planning models for board-level decision making
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academic researchers, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies for R&D and product development teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development, or climate tech
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical discipline
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex future concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives launched in the past 5 years
