- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Develop KPI frameworks and ROI models for $50M+ portfolio initiatives
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage annual $10M innovation budget with P&L responsibility
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and research institutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or program management with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven expertise in scaling global initiatives across 3+ continents
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (Tableau, Python, Power BI)
- Certification in PMP, Agile, or strategic foresight methodologies
