Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (2026-2030)
- Develop and maintain multi-year strategic innovation roadmaps
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive market shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams on future-proof technology portfolios
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic research institutions
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or tech consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating futures insights into business strategy
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management abilities
