Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats for 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state strategies
- Produce forward-looking white papers and executive briefings on industry evolution
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic shifts impacting long-term business models
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of strategic foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategy
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Portfolio demonstrating trend-forecasting accuracy (2018-2025)
