Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology/industry trend forecasts using quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Design strategic scenarios and risk mitigation frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future insights into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify breakthrough opportunities
- Produce thought leadership content including whitepapers, keynote presentations, and trend reports
- Establish and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Monitor geopolitical, technological, and socio-economic signals affecting long-term business viability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic transformation projects
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFTR) preferred
