- Partner with product teams to incubate next-gen solutions with 5+ year horizons
- Establish strategic alliances with academic institutions and research labs
- Monitor global megatrends to identify market opportunities and risks
- Drive organizational change management for future-ready transformation
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic initiatives from concept to market
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech domains
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Published author or recognized thought leader in futurism circles
- Experience with SaaS scaling and enterprise transformation
