- Collaborate with policy experts on ethical technology governance frameworks
- Present future-tech scenarios to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published work on quantum algorithms or neural-symbolic AI systems
- Proven track record translating theoretical research to commercial applications
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of blockchain, biotech convergence points
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
